Author Guidelines
Authors can submit research or review papers for any one of the submission types shown below. Authors are required to ensure originality, right citations, and avoid plagiarism. The manuscripts should not have been published already and should not have been submitted for review simultaneously in other journals. Appropriate ethical approvals and consent should be declared and included in the submission.
Submission Process
Manuscripts should be in English and submitted electronically as a Microsoft word document and should include all text, tables, and figures in a single file.
Types of Submissions
The PhD Journal invites the following submissions from the PhD Scholars
- Research Articles – Original empirical articles supported by scholarly rigor and practical contributions. Each submission should have 5000 to 8000 words excluding references and appendices.
- Review Articles – Literature reviews or Meta-Analysis or Bibliometric Analysis offering critical insights and future research directions. Each submission should have 5000 to 8000 words excluding references and appendices.
- Case Studies – Explorations of real-world scenarios in academic or organizational contexts. Each submission should have 2000 to 5000 words excluding references and appendices.
- Research Methodology Articles – Innovative research methods, tools and data analysis techniques and articles providing practical guidance for PhD Scholars. Each submission should have 3000 to 5000 words excluding references and appendices.
Guidelines for Submissions
- Each manuscript should be submitted in word format in a 12-point font with double space.
- Referencing Style will be APA 7thedition or discipline appropriate style.
- All submissions must be original, unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
- The format prescribed for each type of submission should be followed.
- All tables and figures should be embedded in the same manuscript, numbered sequentially and should be in greyscale.
- A manuscript can be co-authored by maximum three authors and the corresponding author should ensure that all the co-authors have approved the final version of the submission and have agreed to the submission to the journal. The primary responsibility for communication with the editorial team lies with the corresponding author.
Manuscript Sections
can use the relevant structure as per their discipline of article focus. Please find below a suggested structure for the manuscripts. Authors
- Title: Clear and concise using title case with capitalization of all major words.
- Author(s) Name & Affiliation: Include full name, institutional affiliation, email address, and ORCID ID.
- Abstract: 200–300 words. Summarize the objective, method, findings, and conclusion without citations or paragraphs.
- Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms separated by semicolons (e.g., Leadership; Artificial Intelligence; Human Resources).
